The CSH-W Model has a Solid WALNUT body with a Butternut soundboard. Its sound is warm, mellow & well balanced. Purpleheart overlay on fretboard; Hummingbird soundholes; 27” fretboard. It has a two piece book-matched back with an inlay strip and a coordinating heel cap to match the fingerboard overlay. There are molded nuts and bridges for consistent action with slots for both traditional and 4 equidistant string spacing. Dimensions: 37"long x 6 1/2" wide x 2"deep; 1 3/8" wide fingerboard. High quality chrome geared tuning gears are used. All Folkcraft dulcimers have a hand rubbed lacquer finish
